Finally, some (relatively) healthy food that actually tastes delicious. These pancakes have become our go-to breakfast dish; they are so quick and easy to make and definitely satisfy my sweet tooth without me having to devour a giant chocolate bar!
Ingredients:
For batter,
1/2 Cup Oats
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
Dash of Almond Milk
Vanilla Flavouring
Vegetable Oil
For topping,
Raspberries
Banana
Natural Yoghurt
Honey
Chia Seeds
Or whatever you fancy!
You can obviously adjust the amount depending on how many people you are feeding.
1. Start off by blending the oats first so they become a flour and then blend the banana into it.
2. Add a dash of almond milk to soften the mixture, a couple of drops of vanilla flavouring and both eggs and mix until smooth.
2. Add a dash of almond milk to soften the mixture, a couple of drops of vanilla flavouring and both eggs and mix until smooth.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and once the pan is hot you can add the mixture to start cooking.
4. They normally take around 5 minutes to cook, but basically, when they are brown on either side that means they're ready.
5. Add toppings of your choice.
and that's it! They are ready to eat and enjoy, see? Easy.
Oh, and I can't have any breakfast dish without a cup of tea or coffee!
