Current Favourite Concealers

Monday, 28 January 2019

It's official. I'm a concealer hoarder. I'm not sure what it is about concealers that gets me so excited but I can't seem to stop buying them. As with most things, I do like to have a range of different colours, finishes and formulas for all eventualities. But still, I need to calm down. I decided to take a look at my collection and decide on my favourites, which I thought I would share with you. Please bear in mind that these are my personal favourites; I have dry and sensitive skin and find these really work for me, but it doesn't mean they will definitely work the same for you.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

A favourite amongst most beauty bloggers; the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, in my opinion, truly lives up to the hype. The coverage is nice without being too full, it's not too drying and it blends beautifully. Everything I could ever want in a concealer.

Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define Concealer

The most impressive thing about this concealer is how they've made it so good but it only costs £4! It's pretty full coverage, but that's what I love about it. When I want to be a bit more full glam then this is the one I reach for. It also has a very impressive shade range for a high street brand. It blends seamlessly into the skin and stays put all day.

Kylie Cosmetics Skin Concealer

Yes, it's a bit of nightmare to get hold of if you're not living in the US but I couldn't leave it out of my favourites given how much I use it. This concealer gives more of a natural, dewy finish to the skin. It also has a lot of shades and the website offers great detail about what intensity and undertone each shade is which is very helpful. You can build these up for more coverage or keep it more natural.

Maybelline Instant Anti-Age Eraser

This concealer just wins at everything. The coverage is fantastic, it even hides my dark circles, I love the sponge tip applicator and it blends like a dreeeeam. Also very affordable! I love the shade "Neutraliser" as it has a yellow undertone to it; perfect for brightening.
