Budapest was coooooold. I mean really cold. Most days it was around 1 degree but according to the Apple weather app it actually felt like -3 degrees so we definitely had to wrap up as warm as we could. I don't really mind putting on a few layers to do a bit of sightseeing, other than the cold the skies were actually pretty clear if not a thin veil of cloud. Luckily umbrellas were not needed! I've basically been living in sweatshirts throughout winter, I find them so comfortable to wear and are so good at keeping you warm. A must in such cold weather!
