Outfit of the Day: Casual Pub Lunch

A pub lunch is one of my favourite things in life. No exaggeration. They are quite unique to the UK, other countries give them a go but don't quite capture the charm and homeliness of a good old British pub. There is nothing quite like drinking a pint of cider or coke along with a Sunday roast in a cosy, relaxed setting. Whether it's in the pub garden during summer or by the fire during winter; pubs are one of my favourite places to be! Although the purpose of this family meet up was a delayed birthday meal for my parents, it was still quite low key so I didn't want to be too dressy. You may recognise the playsuit from my "Favourite Playsuits for Summer" blog (read here); but, as we are gradually making the transition from Summer to Autumn we can definitely still wear some of our Summer pieces. However with the addition of a pair of tights or jacket it will be a lot more suitable for the colder temperatures.
