I’ve always loved Victoria Beckham’s make up, she almost has a sort of undone look that is quite soft and smudgy which is something I love to do. Nothing is ever too precise and it never looks like she’s taken too long on her make up - and I mean that in a good way, any look that will take under 10 minutes is a winner for me. I was really interested to try her collection for Estée Lauder, remember I’m on a very low wage so I could only pick a handful of products to try and made sure they were products that I could actually see myself using.

The palette may scare some people off because of the brighter colours; however, for me, I love neutral palettes that include colours like this because I do love to try different looks and I think intense blues and greens can look so pretty on the eyes. All six colours are shimmers, I do prefer there to be a mixture of shimmer and matte colours but because of how pretty the colours are and the packaging is so so soo beautiful I’m going to let it slide. Now, the price of the palette is £68, which is a LOT of money especially when you compare it to cheaper palettes which cost less, are still really good and include more shades. However, let’s not forget you are paying for the name “Victoria Beckham” and also the packaging which, as I’ve stated before, is really luxurious and classy.
The kajal eyeliner pencil has to be my favourite product of the ones I purchased. The consistency is sooooo creamy yet pigmented and blends like an absolute dream. I also find it stays put on my waterline which is doesn’t happen often with eyeliners. I also love how it’s double ended and includes two colours, making the £22 price tag a little easier to digest.
I remember the days when I used to be obsessed with lipgloss, I would always have a candy pink shade in my school bag and spend the majority of my lessons applying way too much to my lips. Since leaving school I’ve pretty much stayed away from it, I’m not a massive fan of the sticky consistency and how any gust of wind would make my hair become stuck in the gloss. However I was willing to give this a try and see if my mind could be changed. It’s actually a really pretty lip gloss, the colour is quite sheer which gives a lovely nude sheen to the lips. It has a brush applicator and you click the bottom of the tube to dispense the gloss into the brush, think YSL Touche Éclat. That being said I did have to click it about 100 times before any product came out I was worried I’d been sent an empty tube! It obviously still has a sticky consistency because it is a gloss, that's a given, but I could definitely see myself wearing this; a subtle colour to ease me back into the world of glosses.
Overall I really rate this range, yes it’s expensive but we all knew it would be - it is Estée Lauder after all. If you are happy to spend a little more on your make up then I would definitely recommend you give some of these a go!
