Review: Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer

Tuesday, 20 September 2016
I’m going to get straight into it - I love this bronzer! I think this is the perfect example of when spending a bit more money gets you a better product. Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of high street/drug store bronzers that I also love but the Terracotta bronzer was just so easy to work with and gave a lovely subtle bronzed finish to my make up looks. I took it on holiday to Spain with me and loved how it looked in the setting sun light.

Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer

I know some people only like to wear bronzer during summer to compliment their tans, I however love to wear them all year round. I just think that bronzers can add some dimension and definition as foundations can often wash you out and make your face look flat. I used a big fluffy brush with this product and found it blended so nicely and wasn’t too pigmented that it made you look like you’ve got some crazy contouring going on. I’m not a huge fan of contouring so anything that has a nice natural looking finish I will fall in love with.

The product cost me £36 and the colour I bought was 01 Clare - Brunettes which is matte, I think they are all matte but not 100% sure. I know, £36 for a bronzer is a lot and it’s not a price I would be willing to pay often however now that I’ve tried it I definitely think its worth the money!
